Acceptance/rejection notices for all submissions were sent on January 30. Authors of submitted papers can access reviewers' comments and the associate editor's summary by logging into PaperPlaza and selecting the workspace for their papers. Authors are requested to take into account the comments of the reviewers and associate editor's summary when preparing their final manuscripts. Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the ACC and present their work. If for any reason none of the authors of an accepted paper will be able to attend the conference, the program chair should be contacted as soon as possible so that the paper can be withdrawn.
Final papers must be submitted through PaperPlaza by the final submission deadline of March 15. All necessary instructions are posted on the submission page. At the time of final submission authors should also make any required changes to the abstract, the author list (including author affiliations), and the title of the paper. This information will be used as-is for the final program book, so please be certain to check these entries carefully; they must correspond with the final submitted version of the paper.
Note that the advance program is subject to change and hence the date and time of presentations listed in the advance program may also change. The final program for the conference will be available around April.
Support for Authors
Author's Kits with style (.cls) files for LaTeX and templates (.dot) for MS-Word are available
from the conference submission site. Go to the PaperPlaza website
and select "Support" for these files and example files, or directly go to support page.
Posting Pre-prints on personal websites
Authors may post pre-prints (files generated by the authors themselves) on their personal websites, but the standard AACC copyright does not allow post-prints (with the conference proceedings header/footer and page numbers) to be posted without formal authorization from AACC.
