Hotel:
The 2013 ACC will take place at
The Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel,
which is located within 7
blocks of the White House, the US Capitol building, the National Mall, and the Smithsonian
Institution.
The hotel itself is an excellent venue for an ACC, with the meeting space arranged
on two adjacent floors, plenty of exhibit space, and public areas with lots of
power outlets.
In addition to complimentary access in the conference meeting areas,
ACC 2013 attendees staying
at the Renaissance will receive complimentary Internet access in their hotel rooms.
The conference hotel will hold the
conference rate on available rooms from June 11 to June 24
in 2013 on a space-available basis.
Reservations should be made via
this link to the conference hotel registration site for
ACC participants.
Reservation at student-rate is available through
this hotel site for students.
Please note that very few rooms at the conference rate remain --- all nights are nearly booked. When all the rooms allocated to our conference are booked up, then attendees will either have to pay more (non-conference rate), or stay elsewhere.
